Marhen Insurance Brokers Ltd. is an independent insurance brokerage in Ontario, Canada. Independent means we are not tied to one insurance company: we work for you, and the advice starts with your situation — not with a single company's product shelf.
Our company began in 1976 as a small family operation, with a mission that still guides the work: help clients build strong, personalized Insurance Protection Plans to safeguard their families, their homes, their assets, and their businesses. In 2026 we mark fifty years of doing exactly that.
While we specialize in commercial and business insurance, we also look after the personal insurance needs of our clients — home, auto, boat, and more. Keeping everything under one umbrella helps avoid gaps in coverage and means one call handles the whole picture.

- Pre-application — a structured exercise that captures the facts insurers will ask for, so your application is complete the first time.
- Quotes & recommendation — we obtain quotes and explain, in plain language, what each option does and doesn't do.
- Annual review — businesses and lives change; your protection plan should be revisited before it is tested.
Members of our provincial association
Marhen Insurance Brokers is a member of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO), the Ontario member association of the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC). The BIP mark — the woven beaver you may recognize from IBAO's television and print advertising — identifies brokers who belong to the association and uphold its standards of professionalism and advocacy for insurance consumers.
